PREAMBLE

The Las Vegas Alliance of Black School Educators (LVABSE) affirms the inherent worth, dignity and educability of people of African descent. LVABSE promotes the achievement, development and educational opportunities for youth and adults, and will challenge forces that impede these processes. The mission of LVABSE is to enhance and facilitate the education of students of African descent throughout the nation and world. LVABSE will research issues and develop strategies to eliminate barriers to quality education for all children and particularly children of African descent.
